The BCI at 196.8 is up from last week’s downward revised 195.5, the BCI is now just below its previous peak of 196.9 indicated by BCIp of 99.6 . However, the 6-month smoothed annualized growth BCIg at 11.4 is lower compared to last week’s downward revised 11.7. Please also refer to the BCI page
The downward revision of BCI and BCIg follows the Census Bureau’s downward revision of past reported New Residential Sales.
